My Story

   I have  always been passionate about understanding people and finding ways to help them grow. My journey started with a degree in psychology, where I discovered the power of human behavior and its role in achieving meaningful change. Over the years, this passion has taken me across four countries and into leadership roles in some of the world’s largest multinational organizations. But it hasn’t been without its challenges.

At Xerox, where I navigated through different roles, from HR to Marketing and Sales and then Head of Learning, I quickly realized how much I loved building teams and empowering others to succeed. I was entrusted with centralizing telesales operations across Brazil—an ambitious project that pushed me to my limits. It wasn’t easy managing multiple stakeholders while training new hires and setting up processes, but seeing the team grow and sales soar made the struggle worth it. It was here I discovered my knack for simplifying complexity and leading through change.

When I earned my Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, it felt like stepping into uncharted territory. I led improvement projects in supply chain, HR, and marketing, often navigating unfamiliar technical areas. There were moments of self-doubt, but each success reaffirmed my belief in the power of collaboration and perseverance.​

Later, at Unilever, I found myself in a truly global role, orchestrating learning strategies and upskilling sales leaders across regions. I loved the challenge of balancing diverse cultural nuances while creating unified strategies. It was rewarding to see how shared learning could drive both individual and organizational growth.

Nestlé brought me to one of the most transformative chapters of my career. As a Global Head of Learning and Development at Rive Reine, their international training centre in Switzerland, I had the privilege of designing innovative leadership development strategies and journeys for global executives. It was exhilarating—and sometimes intimidating—standing in front of rooms filled with experienced leaders, sharing ideas, and learning together. I’ll never forget the feedback from these leaders, which reminded me that even in a room of accomplished professionals, authenticity and curiosity resonate deeply.

​​​Now, as an entrepreneur with Cinco Swiss, I’m exploring the intersection of neuroscience, technology, and human potential. I’m leveraging everything I’ve learned to create digital learning solutions that truly engage and inspire. It’s a new chapter, full of uncertainty but also immense possibility.

If there’s one thing my journey has taught me, it’s that growth often comes from embracing vulnerability and stepping into the unknown. Whether managing a telesales team or pioneering a metaverse-like platform for behavioural change, I’ve learned that the most meaningful successes come from focusing on people:

empowering them to thrive, adapt, and create lasting impact.
